Why We Built This Site
Nebraska makes many court records available to the public, yet the correct route can be hard to identify. Knox County Court and Knox County District Court keep different kinds of files, and the county's administrative Clerk is not the ordinary custodian of either court docket. JUSTICE provides the statewide trial-court search layer, while the Multi-Court Calendar and the court clerks provide separate confirmation paths. This site organizes those official channels for Knox County readers.
What You Will Find Here
The pages describe how the local court system divides its records and where a public requester can start.
- Docket guides: the local paths for criminal docket search and civil docket search.
- Hearing information: the court dates search and ways to confirm a setting.
- Case lookup: name and number routes through the statewide case lookup process.
- Official copies: court-specific request information on the court record search page.
What We Cannot Do
Knox County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Nebraska court, clerk, or government agency. The official record remains with the court that owns it.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file.
- We cannot set, continue, or confirm a hearing.
- We cannot amend, seal, or remove a court record.
- We cannot issue certified papers.
- We cannot provide legal advice about a case or deadline.
- We cannot guarantee that an office contact, fee, or calendar entry is current.
Only the court clerk or court that maintains a case can provide an official or certified copy. Verify each record with that source.
Search Partners
The sponsored search widgets on content pages are run by outside providers. Those providers control their services, prices, and results. A referral fee may be earned when a visitor uses a paid partner service, but that relationship does not make a partner result an official court record.
